Product introduction: Natural gas purification assembly is to put tens of thousands of PTFE hollow fiber membrane filaments in a stainless steel (or plastic) shell and cast into a film-forming module to provide a channel for gas-liquid flow. Under suitable process conditions, the acid gas or active components in the gas phase diffuse through the membrane pores, and the physical or chemical reaction occurs in contact with the absorbent at the interface of the membrane pores, so as to remove the acid gas. In addition to natural gas purification, this component can also be used for other gas separation, such as: shale gas purification, distributed natural gas, biogas purification, VOCs removal in exhaust gas and other fields.
Features:
Reduce the size of the equipment; Reduce the weight of the machine and reduce the height of the machine
higher filling density; Membrane contact systems up to 1000-2500m2/m3 or more (typically 100-250m2/3 for conventional absorption towers)
better operational flexibility; Avoid bubbling, liquid flooding, and aerosol entrainment, the gas-liquid phase flow can be controlled independently, without the limitation of gas-liquid ratio, insensitive to movement (critical to offshore platform operation), skid-mounted, and modularly amplified
