Project Background:
A pharmaceutical company in Fujian, the production process produces two high-concentration ammonia wastewater, namely: ammonia washing wastewater and adsorption tailings, where the ammonia washing wastewater ammonia nitrogen is about 500~3000mg/L, adsorption tailings ammonia nitrogen is about: 4000~12000 mg/L, mixed ammonia nitrogen in the range of 1000~8000 mg/L, the original use of blowing off the process, there is a low efficiency of deamination, there is a secondary pollution of ammonia escape, poor operating environment and so on. The original blow-off process has low deamination efficiency, secondary pollution such as ammonia escape, poor operating environment, etc. The low deamination efficiency leads to high ammonia nitrogen in the effluent, which directly impacts the original wastewater biological treatment system, resulting in greater pressure on environmental protection and restricting production, in view of which, the deamination system will be transformed into a PTFE hollow fiber membrane deamination system (three-stage).

Effluent water quality: effluent ammonia nitrogen ≤ 300mg/L (effluent below 50mg/L)
