Project Background:
Conventional treatment process is "coagulation and precipitation + filtration", which is a long process, with a large equipment footprint and high operating costs. Moreover, conventional organic ultrafiltration membrane technology cannot work under high suspended solids conditions, and ceramic and tubular membranes have high equipment costs, high pressure and high mis-flow ratios, and high energy consumption. Our ultra-microfiltration membrane module perfectly solves the above problems, realizing low pressure, low mis-flow ratio, large flux, long-term stability and high efficiency in removing SS, and the turbidity of the effluent reaches 0.2NTU.
