A pharmaceutical factory in Hunan will produce high ammonia nitrogen wastewater in the production process, with ammonia nitrogen content of about 3000mg/l and PH of 9-10. After the expansion, the existing biochemical system is too loaded, which seriously restricts production.
After analysis and research, it was decided to use membrane deamination method to treat high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater. The owner has a high demand for the stability of the deamination system, and the PTFE material itself has the characteristics of anti-swelling, strong hydrophobicity, high strength, corrosion resistance, anti-pollution, etc., long service life and high deamination efficiency, so PTFE membrane is used for deamination.
Deamination process:
Wastewater PH adjustment - two-stage filtration - PTFE membrane deamination (three-stage) - permeate buffer tank - permeate tank (PH adjustment) - discharge
Operation:
Water volume: 60m³/d
Influent water quality: ammonia nitrogen ≤ 3500mg/L
Effluent water quality: ammonia nitrogen ≤ 40mg/L
