Membrane contactors are processed from PTFE hollow fiber membranes, UPVC membrane tubes and epoxy resin, and the materials are resistant to high temperatures. However, considering the stability of the system operation, different operating processes have a suitable temperature operating range.
Staggered-flow absorption: Staggered-flow absorption process, dissociated ammonia needs to be volatilized through the membrane holes to be absorbed, the volatilization process is thermodynamic and kinetic rate of co-control, so at low temperatures, the ammonia removal efficiency is very low, the appropriate temperature range is 35-45 ℃.
Vacuum distillation: vacuum distillation type deammonia is a vacuum way to dissociate the ammonia extracted from the removal, mass transfer propulsion is small, so need to increase the temperature to accelerate the resolution of dissociated ammonia, the appropriate temperature range is 50-70 ℃.
