The stability of the membrane absorption process is completely dependent on the performance of the membrane material and the stability of the operation process, therefore, following the standardized driving process is an important guarantee to ensure the stability of the membrane absorption process.
The start-up procedure is as follows:
> Before starting the system, purge the membrane contactor with dry compressed air for 30-60 minutes, and return to temperature for 2h after the purge;
> Close all drain valves and evacuation valves;
> Open the water outlet valve;
> Close the water inlet valve, open the valve of the circulating pipeline, drive and start the water inlet pump, so that the water inlet from the circulating pipeline back to the complete cycle;
> System water inlet: slowly open the water inlet valve, so that the high ammonia nitrogen wastewater and absorbent slowly fill the whole system. Note: carefully observe the inlet pipeline pressure gauge, do not exceed the maximum pressure allowed by the membrane contactor (0.5atm); (because the water out of the emptying, under normal circumstances, the pipeline pressure is very low, if the phenomenon of holding pressure occurs, stop the pump in a timely manner, and carefully check the pipeline valves, whether there are unopened valves resulting in holding pressure)
> Acid piping start-up process is the same as above, and can be started at the same time;
> Adjust the wastewater flow rate and absorbent flow rate to the design value, note: do not exceed the maximum flow rate allowed by a single membrane contactor;
> Open the venting valve to exhaust the mixed air;
> Adjust several times until the flow rate and effluent are stabilized;
