1)Project Overview

4) Brief description of process flow


ECO advanced oxidation pretreatment effluent → sand filter → precision filter → heat exchanger → pipe mixer (adding alkali point) → bag filter → raw water buffer tank → raw water pump → security filter → PTFE hollow fiber membrane deamidation device (three-stage tandem) → produced water buffer tank → produced water pump → produced water tank → subsequent treatment.


ECO advanced oxidation pretreatment water first into the sand filter, precision filter to remove suspended solids into the heat exchanger for cooling, down to 40 ~ 50 ℃, while adding alkali to make the pH> 11, then into the bag filter to further remove suspended solids, and then into the raw water buffer tank, the raw water pump upgraded to the primary, secondary, tertiary PTFE hollow fiber membrane deamidation device, to protect the PTFE hollow fiber membrane In order to protect the PTFE hollow fiber membrane de-ammonia device in the original water pump after the installation of security filters, PTFE hollow fiber membrane de-ammonia device to deal with ammonia nitrogen-qualified wastewater into the production of water buffer tanks, followed by the production of water pumps to the production of water tanks, and then by the pumps to the subsequent treatment section.


5)Auxiliary system
